I don’t know where it started, but there’s this idea that nutrition is about avoiding too much of things, rather than getting enough of things you need.
And I hate it.

I am enjoying my journey and plan to become a Nutritionist and personal trainer in the near future! I have lost over 50 pounds since I began and I have no intentions on stopping.
